In this episode of The Greg Bennett Show, Greg chats with Lauren Goss. A former professional Triathlete for over 12 years, where she won every major race in the USA. And that includes 11 - 70.3 IM titles

The last three years were somewhat of a whirlwind, now a mother of a two-year-old, a Professional runner, and a business entrepreneur operating her Triathlon coaching business, BlackSheep endurance… she truly is inspiring.

Her running career is just getting started with a 15.16 5k, 31.49 10k, 53.10 10miles, 1.09 half marathon on debut, and 2.27.41 marathon also on debut… the skies the limit

Former professional triathlete Lauren Goss’s transition to elite running has been anything but conventional. Lauren retired from competing professionally in 2019, after accepting a six-month suspension for an anti-doping violation after testing positive for THC (the psychoactive component found in marijuana, which she claimed was due to a cannabidiol, or CBD, salve she was using to treat an injury before competing).
